About Maggie's
Maggie's Threads for Kids was created by Brenna Beirne and Tracy Brennan Lynch -- two very busy moms who saw a real need for a place to buy original, elegant and affordable kids' clothing and accessories.
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service both in our Brooklyn store and on our consumer website.
Maggie's was inspired by Maggie McAdams, Ms. Beirne's maternal grandmother. Maggie was a native New Yorker, mother of two wonderful daughters, and because she was a widow - a very hard working woman both at home and at her job on Wall Street.
One thing Maggie McAdams was well known for was her impeccable sense of style when it came to dressing herself and her family. We feel sure that Maggie's Threads for kids would make her very proud!
